Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us tor a full refund, store credit, or exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
To return an item, please email customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange Returns may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

We strongly believe in our services and want you to be fully satisfied with your membership with us. This is the reason for the PreggieGo 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.
If you cancel your monthly membership subscription within 7 days of signing up (during the free experience period), you will not incur any fees associated with the membership. This guarantee does not apply to purchases for access to Libraries, products, or any other programs or plans other than the PreggieGo monthly membership.
DELIVERY AND SHIPPING
Shipping times vary, but we always aim to have your order delivered within 3-5 business days.
For international orders, please note that in some cases your country may charge you duties, taxes, or import fees. We have no control over those and are not responsible for those fees!
PreggieGo is NOT responsible for stolen or lost packages, packages sent to the wrong address, or for refunding or replacing packages in these cases. The customer is responsible for filing all claims with the postal carrier. PreggieGo is not responsible for any package(s) once it is in the hands of USPS, FedEx, UPS or any other carriers.
*Any order, domestic or international, that is returned to us for either having an insufficient address, wrong address, unclaimed, etc., the customer will have to pay for re-shipment of the package. We do not cover/reimburse for shipping costs for returns/exchanges.
